![I nearly got arrested taking this photo. This male Snowy Owl was perched on the fence of the Duluth International Airport near the federal prison. As I snowshoed towards it I heard a loudspeaker informing me to get back to my car. I turned and saw four police and security cars. Eventually the sheriff and a K-9 unit arrived.
